VisiApp is able to deliver complete control of the visitors. The updated pictures, names, mobile numbers and purpose of visit. This information can be retrieved from anywhere at any point of time.

VisiMaster (kiosk), is placed at the entry gate. The host app or VisiApp, is installed on smartphones of the host.

VisiMaster kiosk asks for a phone number and greets a visitor. The system validates the phone number. Whenever there is per new visitor the authentication OTP and phone number will be entered. For Old/Regular visitors, this procedure will be skipped altogether.

Upon validating the OTP, the visitor will be asked to pose for a photo. Subsequently, other details will be collected – enter name, company details, vehicle no. and things carried by the visitor.

The next step will include choosing the name of the person visited by picking a name from a directory seen on the screen. A cloud-based VisiApp engine is triggered at this point which establishes a two way communication channel. It is between the host’s smartphone chosen by the visitor and the kiosk. So the host will get a notification on his smart phone that will display the visitor’s mobile no., name & the photo just clicked. The host is given choice to accept or reject the visitor, speak with the visitor or send a message to the visitor.
